Overview of The Golden Classic Story

Picture
The Golden Classic is a vast philosophical science-fiction epic that spans tens of thousands of years, multiple civilizations, and several galactic systems. Blending time travel, cosmic exploration, and the evolution of human thought, the novel explores a single fundamental question: Is there a universal law governing civilization, knowledge, and destiny?

The story begins in the modern era with Dr. New-Ein-Ga, a renowned scientist and member of the National Academy of Sciences. Dr.New invents a revolutionary Time Instrument, capable of crossing space and time when activated by rotational energy. Alongside the device, he has authored a foundational scientific work known as The Canon of Science, later preserved as a golden book to ensure its permanence. Niu discovers that when the golden book and the Time Instrument rotate together, their interaction amplifies spacetime energy, allowing both people and objects to be transported across epochs.

However, following the September 11 attacks, Dr. New is falsely accused and persecuted. Forced to flee his institution, he escapes alone — carrying only the golden book and the Time Instrument — by plunging into the unknown dimensions of spacetime.

His journey first brings him to the Middle East around 8000 BCE, where he survives catastrophic floods that mirror ancient flood myths. Swept again through spacetime, he arrives on the Mediterranean coast of Africa around 5500 BCE, among primitive tribal societies locked in constant conflict. Pursued by violence and chaos, Niu is eventually driven toward the most advanced civilization of the era: Ancient Egypt.

In Egypt, Dr. New learns the language and culture and aids Jes-Sha-Mu, a Pharaoh and embodiment of the great religious founders of humanity. With Dr.New’s knowledge, Jes-Sha-Mu defeats his usurping uncle, and the two form a sworn brotherhood. Jes-Sha-Mu  possesses his own ancestral golden text, The Canon of Doctrine, representing humanity’s early spiritual understanding. When Jes-Sha-Mu later faces betrayal and assassination attempts from within his own bloodline, the two flee into a pyramid. Harnessing the mysterious Pyramid Energy, they activate another spacetime transition.

They emerge in 3000 BCE China, where they encounter Con Lao-Zhuang, originally named Kong Lao-Zhuang, the son of the Yellow Emperor and the embodiment of humanity’s great philosophical minds. With Dr.New and Jes-Sha-Mu’s help, Con Lao-Zhuang defeats rival southern chieftains. The three men —science, religion, and philosophy — form a Triune Brotherhood, representing three complementary paths of human understanding.

Upon the death of the Yellow Emperor, Con Lao-Zhuang inherits both the throne and the third golden text, The Canon of Origin, symbolizing philosophical insight into natural law. Soon afterward, internal power struggles erupt among the Emperor’s descendants. Forced to flee once more, the three brothers escape into a lake and are pulled again into the currents of spacetime.

Their journey accelerates through history and beyond: – 500 BCE Maya civilization, – Australia in 2050, a world fractured by racial segregation, – The Solar System in 5000 CE, where humanity has expanded beyond Earth, – and finally the Galactic Center in 8000 CE, a realm governed not by politicians or gods, but by advanced scientific custodians of civilization.

At the heart of the galaxy, the three protagonists encounter a civilization that has transcended war, religion, and nationalism. Here, museums preserve the complete evolutionary records of entire star systems. History is no longer fragmented; every rise and collapse is fully documented and understood. The protagonists learn that civilizations universally progress through stages: tribal rule, slavery, feudal empires, democracy, and ultimately scientific unification.

In this cosmic society, belief is replaced by understanding, worship by knowledge, and power by responsibility. The galactic scientists recognize the profound significance of the three golden books. Though written in different eras and languages, their core principles are identical — together forming a unified framework that explains natural law, human development, and cosmic order.

In recognition of this achievement, the protagonists are awarded the galaxy’s highest honor: The Golden Classic Award — a prize granted only once per civilization, symbolizing the unification of science, philosophy, and spirituality into a single coherent worldview.
Each protagonist is then sent to a different galaxy to spread this unified understanding in new forms: – one through philosophy and social reform, – one through spiritual and ethical awakening,  – and one through science and education.

The Golden Classic is not merely a time-travel adventure, but a sweeping meditation on civilization itself. Through vivid historical re-imagining and cosmic speculation, the novel challenges humanity’s reliance on war, blind faith, and power structures, proposing instead a future guided by universal law, wisdom, and unity. Epic in scale yet intimate in purpose, The Golden Classic invites readers to reconsider the past, question the present, and imagine a future where knowledge replaces conflict — and where humanity finally understands its place in the universe.
