2020年的这次冠状病毒的爆发，虽然没有查清到底来自哪里，但最后一定会被查清，也是人为的事故，或某个国家实验室的意外泄漏，绝对不会是野生动物所为。

以前的战争是靠大量的军队和人员的攻坚战，但未来的战争越来越依靠邪恶的伪科学家研制的先进武器了，因为所有的科研成果都被用到了武器上。
大规模的核武器，一般是摧毁敌方的城市和地面交通设施。而病毒生物武器，可直接瘫痪敌方的军队和平民。因为军队通常是大规模的聚集在一起，向他们发放生物病毒，使他们传染疾病，从而失去战斗能力，是不战而屈人之兵的有效方法。而微波和激光武器，就可以定点和定位的杀死敌方的首领和军事统帅，瘫痪敌军的指挥中心。
从造价和成果来看，核武器通常造价最高，只有国家才能制造；微波和激光武器次之；而电脑病毒的制造就简单的多，一般普通的电脑大学生，也能搞出几个电脑病毒，如果是高水平的电脑专家，那病毒就会瘫痪他国的网站，偷窃他国的政府和技术秘密，一般国家都会扶持这样的电脑病毒专家，以保护国家的信息和决定战争的胜负。
生物病毒的制造也不难，普通的生物学生也可以在实验室内制造，通常是把自然界的病毒加以改造，把自然生物自己携带的病毒通过改造传给人类。通常动物携带的病毒很少能传染到人，而大规模的人工改造病毒，都是来自生物实验室，可以传染到人类。
如果没有国际法律的监管和刑法，大部分邪恶的伪科学家都会以国家的名义犯罪，他们会利用所谓的爱国和知识杀人，比如核武器、化学武器、人造病毒、食品有毒添加剂，如三聚氰胺、食用色素等，不就杀了很多人吗？
他们也在测试他们研究的生物武器是否灵验，如2003年的非典病毒；2016年的埃博拉病毒，以及2020年的冠状流感病毒。他们把强大的蝙蝠、鼠疫、流感、天花、麻疹和艾滋病毒等结合在一起，可大规模的增进病毒的强力，而且他们还在不断的进行研究，未来这些邪恶的伪科学家会以各种国家安全为由，研制出更加强大的超级病毒，加大传播范围和治疗难度，有一天他们会研究出一种立即杀死全人类的生物病毒武器。
如果没有联合国对各国政府的监管，没有媒体的透明度，恐怕任何可怕的灾难都有可能发生。
八．总结
在一个专制独裁国家里，即使是民主国家里，也有所谓的伪科学家在干这些坏事，他们有的被提拔成当官的，然后官官相护，互相提成，所以出现大量搞武器，或骗财和抄袭的假院士。
当国际专家发现这些伪院士造假时，他们就互相包庇，因为这些假院士都是些不学无术之辈提拔的，通过体制内关系网选出，他们也根本不会查出各种假砖家在造假，因为体制内每一个人都在造假，如果一查就是一锅端。
他们把搞武器的伪科学家称为“元勋”和“国家栋梁”，实际上就是一堆科学垃圾，元勋虽然搞武器出了点名，不过是抄袭和偷盗西方武器技术的擦鞋之辈，有创新吗？什么都没有。另外像范xx这样的戏子都被那些媒体吹成是“国家栋梁”，搞笑吧！
中国真正的精英科学家和栋梁反倒是“三无”科学家，无学历、无院士、无论文，象屠呦呦和袁隆平这样的，他们遭到大量伪院士的投诉和诬告，但根本不与这些邪恶官僚抄袭伪科学家为伍，自己默默的研究耕耘，为消除人类的疾病和贫困做出了巨大的贡献。他们也根本不在那些官办的期刊和学术杂志上发表任何东西，因为这些刊物都是政府控制的喉舌，堵塞学术之路，只有那些歌颂的和不学无术的垃圾才发表，也就是为了讨个学位和官位。
国内有一个笑话，某院士老师是学刊的总编，他的学生写了篇文章，内容根本不谈学术，而把师娘大加称赞，捧成美女，结果此文顺利通过得到发表。如果不这样写呢？ 基本上不能发表，就是这样一群垃圾院士阻塞了学术之路，迫使许多有点学术的转投国外的期刊，浪费大量的金钱和时间。
这些邪恶和恐怖科学家说他们制造的杀人武器是代表国家，是国家出资支持他们的研究，所以政府是不会追捕和处决这些邪恶科学家的。当人们指责这些垃圾科学家时，他们还口气很大，闭上你们的臭嘴！象武汉病毒所的石xx，把怎样制作病毒的文章向外公布，还申请了专利，恐怖分子，或者就是国外名牌大学教授，完全按照她的方法造出了病毒，然后全球散发，你说你能没有责任吗？ 就象家长教孩子造武器打人，家长难道没有责任吗？
那怎样才能有效的消除核武器和生物武器技术外泄的隐患呢？ 增加媒体的透明度，对于研究这类病毒和武器杀死人类的国家和个人进行追责，国家要对所有受害人的家庭进行赔偿。所有发表这类研究如何制造核武或病毒文章的研究人员都要追责，不让他们再以国家的名义祸害人类。
虽然五大联合国常任理事国有责任限制那些小国发展大规模的杀人武器，但所有的小国和公民也有义务监督五大常任理事国发展大规模杀人武器。
特别是要通过这次 2020年的冠状病毒的教训，立即责成国际机构进行调查，对造成的全球损失进行国家赔偿，如果是哪个国家政府支持研究的这种病毒，那将对所有受害人和全球国家经济损失进行赔偿，将这个发展病毒的国家彻底罚破产，看他是否将来还敢再支持那些“伪科学家”研究这些大规模的杀人病毒！
本来生物科学家在未来的任务是统一整个生物界，包括动物、植物，以及生命的起源和演化。可目前的大多数顶级“伪科学家”都是研究转基因人类，把动物的基因变成人，变换自然生物的基因病毒，即把动物的病毒变成人的病毒，使他们能传染到人类。
