Abstract :
Around 2012, 50 years before and after, the disasters have become more and more frequent. Assimilation of the Galactic civilization, the heaven, Earth, and people are all cooperating with this transformation. The heaven and the Earth do not speak human words, but it is not that they are silent. The ancients said: God is angry! They will use their actions to prove that human society is changing with the shock of the Earth.
The Star system civilization is controlled by the dark forces. The political system of most countries is dictatorship and despotism; the religious system is idolatry and false Gods; the scientific system is the study of practical and murderous weapons, and catastrophe is in sight.
The Galactic civilization is using the transformation of heaven, Earth, and people to shake these corrupt dark forces, causing them to feel shock and death. The global virus in 2020 is an example. This is the declaration of war by the "light forces" Galactic civilization against the "dark forces" Stellar civilization, and the accusations of the disasters and mistakes they have caused for thousands of years.
One: Introduction
From the inspiration after the religious massacre on September 11, 2001, the theoretical system of Galactic civilization began to be created, and it was completed around the Passover in 2018. While writing around the centre in 2012, I felt that the heaven, Earth, and people were all accompanied growth and shock by theories.
We have enumerated a list of disasters from the first 50 years before year 2012, and year 2012 to the present 2020. They are accompanied by the arrival and growth of the galactic civilization, predicting the final end of the stellar civilization.

We can say that every major Earthquake corresponds to human social activities and phenomena, and is the beginning of a great change. Generally, an Earthquake predicts the future or the death event of more than 1,000 people, or an Earthquake with a big magnitude, will correspond to a major historical turning event in the country. For example:
1) May.22,1960 --- Valdivia Earthquake in Chile, magnitude 9.6, 5700 deaths
It indicates that the galactic civilization is brewing, destroying the old system, and "Wisdom" and "Good" for the future.

10) Sep.30,1993 --- Five Earthquakes occurred in India, with a maximum magnitude of 6.4 and 22,000 deaths.
It indicates that the ethnic and religious contradictions in India will be sharp, and countless people will die.
11) Feb.4,1998 --- An Earthquake occurred in Afghanistan with a magnitude of 6.1 and 4,500 deaths.
Marks that Afghanistan will change drastically in the future.
12) Dec.26,2004 --- The Indian Ocean Earthquake and the South Asian tsunami, with magnitude 9, over 280,000 people died.

Six: Summary
Francis Collins, Dean of the National Institutes of Health, delivered a speech on new coronary pneumonia, pointing out that the virus comes from nature and continues to evolve under the directed selection of ACE2 until it has a super binding force. In other words, the viruses have evolved to the ability to infect humans by their own efforts, and humans cannot create spike proteins that are so different from the model at the current level. Since viruses have evolved naturally, why can't humans? The "Stellar civilization" has evolved into the "Galactic civilization", but most of the current newspapers, magazines, television propaganda, and academic publications are controlled by the governments of various countries.
The governments of various countries are controlled by officials of the United Nations. They are not scholars. So far, the United Nations has not been able to resolve the global religious, institutional, and ethnic conflicts. They collect management fees from countries around the world, and even have not a complete plan to solve the above contradictions. They just build some troops to maintain stability and provide some refugee assistance. These are not long-term solutions.
Oriental culture, the universal law, or the Galaxy civilization can completely solve the global crisis, because the entire solar system civilization is in distress, and the end of the "Stellar system civilization" has reached the point of urgency. If you continue to persevere, there will be more disasters which will come.
